Celebrity Cruises will offer two preview sailings on the Celebrity Ascent before its official maiden voyage in December.
The two sampler sailings include a four-night Western Caribbean itinerary departing from Port Everglades on Nov. 22 calling in Cozumel, Mexico, over the Thanksgiving holiday. The second sailing will span three nights and cruise to Nassau, Bahamas, on Nov. 26.
The ship’s maiden voyage is scheduled for Dec. 3, sailing through the Eastern Caribbean with stops in St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The ship will go on to sail seven-night roundtrip voyages in the western and eastern Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale every Sunday.
