As the nation prepares to celebrate King Charles III's Coronation on May 6, one hotel is pulling out the stops with some special themed stays – but it's far from budget-friendly.
That's because if you want to enjoy 'The Crown Jewels Experience- The Tower By Night' package at the 5* Hotel Café Royal, you're going to need to shell out around £13k a night. Well – £12,995 a night, to be exact.
So, what exactly does that get you? Unsurprisingly, quite a lot of luxury and some very cool perks.

For a start, you'll be staying in the hotel's Royal Suite which essentially has about nine areas including two bedrooms, a huge dressing area, a dining table, lounging area and a bathroom with a huge bathtub that's worthy of any influencer's feed.
In the morning there's no need to head down to get breakfast – you can have it served straight to your door, courtesy of your own personal butler of course.
You can also get whisked away to the Tower of London in a chauffeur-driven limousine, where you'll enjoy a tour of the grounds by one of the Yeoman Wanderers, a Beefeater.
Then it's on to a champagne reception so you can enjoy a private viewing of the Crown Jewels and Royal Collection.
For those on a tighter budget, the hotel also offers a King Charles Experience for around £3,000 a night.
This also includes a one-night stay at the hotel in a deluxe room, a chauffeur-driven tour of 'King Charles' London' including Clarence House and Buckingham Palace, and a champagne afternoon tea.
