A new floating hotel is due to open in 2023 and it looks absolutely amazing.
The Kempinski Floating Palace in Dubai will have over-the-water villas and a helipad as well as its buoyancy.
There will also be 12 villas attached to the structure complete with its own infinity pool and roof terraces.
Crew and staff members will be on hand to cater to their guests' needs during their stay.
Guests will be taken by a speedboat with a floating helipad and yacht parking too if you're planning your own transport.
The Kempinski group says the hotel's buoyancy means there will be "the possibility to sail to other anchorages at times".
Also it will be anchored right by Jumeirah Beach which offers some seriously amazing views of the Dubai skyline.
When the hotel finally opens its doors, it'll be able to cruise up to speeds of six nautical miles.
It is currently being built at the Seagate Shipyard in Dubai ahead of its planned 2023 opening.
You can find out more about the hotel by heading to the Kempinski website.
Mr. Mohamed El Bahrawy, CEO and founder of Seagate Shipyard, said: "We are proud of what we have achieved so far, especially at the Floating Palace in Dubai, where we have partnered with a global leader in the hospitality business.
"I am so grateful to Bernold Schroeder and Kempinski Hotels for their trust.
"It is thrilling to see, that for the first time a brand of the calibre of Kempinski will manage a floating hotel of such magnitude, and we are confident that our hotel will soon be one of the top tourist attractions in Dubai.
"It will undoubtedly occupy an iconic position among floating hotels all over the world."
